Provided without any mounting hardware. For most metal finishes, processing holes will need to be made on the back of the letters.


Stud Mount:


Backs of letters and Logos, at least 1/4” thick, are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs, for mounting to wall.

Welded Stud Mount:


Backs of 1/8” thick letters and Logos are supplied with welded stud bosses to receive studs or 1” long welded studs, for mounting to wall.


Double Face Tape Mount:


Strips of tape applied to backs of letters and logos. Interior use only. Note: This option is not available for all letter sizes.

  2. Drill holes at the clearly marked points on the pattern.
  3. Remove pattern, insert and mount your letters using the studs.

  • Aluminum Finishes

    Brushed or Primed for Paint, Polished, Paint, Novena Patina, Rust Powder-coat, Clear Anodized, Polished Clear Anodized, Gold Anodized, Polished Gold Anodized, Medium Bronze Anodized, Polished Medium Bronze Anodized, Dark Bronze Anodized, Polished Dark Bronze Anodized, Black Anodized, Polished Black Anodized.


    Polished & Anodized finishes require a minimum .5” stroke on 1/8” and .25” stroke on 1/4” material (stud mounts required). Restrictions may apply on letters & logos over 24".


    Note: Polished & Anodized finishes require a minimum 2'' height and 1/4'' depth or 3'' height and 1/8'' depth stud mounts required. Restrictions may apply on letters over 24''. Champagne and Light Bronze anodized colors also available. Actual color may vary from order to order due to the anodizing process.


    Submit artwork with the following information: Send vector line art files with all fonts converted to curves in ai, or eps, 


    Note: Vertical grain is standard on all cut metal letters. Horizontal grain can be requested.

  • Bronze Finishes

    INCREDIBLE PRECISION


    Brushed, Polished, Oxidized, Dark Oxidized, Turquoise Patina, Traditional Verde Patina.


    Note: All Patinas, by their very nature, will vary from letter to letter and order to order. These finishes will change in appearance over time depending on contact with moisture and temperature. Patinas can bleed onto the installation surface when installed outside. The only exception is the Nouveau Patina, which is a power-coated, simulated Patina finish on an aluminum letter.


    Polished finishes require a minimum 2'' height and 1/4'' depth or 3'' height and 1/8'' depth stud mounts required. Restrictions may apply on letters over 24''.


    Thickness of Stainless Steel Letters: 1/8'' thick, 1/4'' thick, 3/8'' thick and 1/2'' thick 

  • Steel Finishes

    Brushed Stainless, Polished Stainless & Cor-Ten.


    Alloy C304 is the standard stainless, it is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel. ( For areas within 50 miles of the coast. We recommend Alloy 316. This conforms to recommendations by numerous metal industry panels. Use of 304 in coastal areas may experience premature failure.


    Alloy 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade. The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than C304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.


    Cor-Ten a weather resistant steel created by alloying copper, chromium and nickel. The material forms its own protective layer when exposed to atmospheric elements. Essentially, the top layer corrodes which then protects the steel beneath it. The natural finish does not normally require any form of maintenance such as painting.


    Polished finishes require a minimum 2'' height and 1/4'' depth. Stud mounts required. Restrictions may apply on letters over 24''. All stainless steel letters and logos are shipped without a clear polyurethane coating.


    Thickness of Brass Letters: 1/8'' thick, 1/4'' thick, 3/8'' thick, 1/2'' thick and 3/4'' thick


    Thickness of Copper Letters: 1/8'' thick, 1/4'' thick and 3/8'' thick

  • Custom Paint Color

    It’s easy to request custom color matching! Simply tell us the paint number or name and number of the brand of paint you’d like us to match (e.g. PMS 101 or Sherwin-Williams SW 6868 Real Red) and we will obtain a mixing formula.


    While paint matching services can help match your paint color, they aren't always accurate, but they can get pretty close.

  • Premium Finish Letters 3'' and larger

    All letters are laser cut and then hand sanded. Depending on the options you select, the returns may also be buffed to a high sheen. Premium finishes are available in all standard flat cut out materials and thicknesses—in sizes over 3”. Hand Sanded Face with Hand Sanded Return, Polished Face with Hand Sanded Return, Hand Sanded Face with Polished Return and Polished Face with Polished Return.


    Anodized finishes are not just coatings, they are part of the finished aluminum letter. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that hardens aluminum and allows it to be colorized. We perform anodizing to ensure your letters within the same order have color consistency. Some of the many reasons to have Signs In A Minute anodize your aluminum letters include. Abrasion and weather resistant, beautiful finish, increases hardness and durability. Will not crack or peel, unaffected by sunlight / UV. 


    Note: Polished anodized finishes are not available in Cast Aluminum.
